Job Description: Graphic Designer
We are developing a world-class cloud-based healthcare product that enables our US based customers to digitalize various uses cases within in their healthcare systems. You will work as a part of development team responsible for:
Skills Required
- Design graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Create brand identities, logos, style guides, and visual branding elements when required.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging and high-impact visuals.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and promotional materials for campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and maintain quality and consistency.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files for brochures, banners, packaging, and other print assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the market.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar visual design role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A solid portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print media.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and revise designs accordingly.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Understanding of file exports (RGB/CMYK), resolutions, formatting, and design best practices.
Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but a plus)
- Experience with motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for website/app layouts.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar.
- Ability to work on Urdu/Arabic typography or multilingual designs (optional).
