Job Description:
Deline Media group of companies is a US based software house. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Business Analyst (Entry Level) for our team in Lahore office. If you are passionate about business operations and have strong analytical skills, this full-time position is perfect for you. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will work on diverse business analysis projects, exploring concepts like data analysis, process improvement, market research, and strategic planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and developing strategic plans.
- Participate in the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, design documents, UML diagrams including user flow and use cases, wireframes, user stories, release notes, reports & presentations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows and specifications.
- Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing and assist in issue resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Initial industry experience as business analysis is a plus, preferably from a project-based company.
- Knowledge of tools for UML diagrams and wireframing is a plus, eg; Balsamiq, Visio, Lucid Chart, Figma.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker’s adept at interpreting data and identifying business opportunities.
- Effective communicators who thrive in collaborative team environments.
- Detail-oriented individuals excelling in fast-paced, analysis-driven settings.
