Key Responsibilities
- Tech Proficiency: Mastery of editing software like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve. Most editing will be done through CapCut, but the software choice is flexible.
- Storytelling Savvy: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for storytelling across diverse platforms and audiences.
- Video Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling, on-brand video content for Deline Media’s social platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Deliver up to 2 to 3 videos per week, ensuring quick turnarounds to keep pace with social media trends and audience engagement.
- Trend Identification: Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage insights to produce content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- On-Camera Presentation: Serve as a face of Deline Media on social media, showcasing authenticity, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our products and their benefits.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to assess social media content performance, making data-driven decisions to increase viewer engagement and content effectiveness.
Skills/Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Media Studies, Mass communications, Fine Arts or relevant field.
- Proven experience creating engaging content for social media, with a portfolio that demonstrates on-camera work and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex health and wellness topics in accessible and engaging ways.
- Highly creative, adaptable, and responsive to feedback and metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Background in health, wellness, or related fields is a plus.
