Job Description:

Deline Media Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with expertise in IT and BPO recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, professionalism, and a strategic approach to talent acquisition and HR support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Responsible for keeping track of time to hire and make sure SLAs are met on time.
  • Responsible for taking care of new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Responsible for maintaining data analytics of employee’s key pulse points.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Technical Recruitment (IT) and BPO.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the organization and with external partners.
  • Hands-on expertise in using HR Software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Talent Management Systems (TMS)., LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent command in data handling and reporting with a particular emphasis on advanced proficiency in Excel.
