Information Collection and Use
Deline Media values the privacy of its customers and clients. This policy elaborates on Deline Media’s approach to the collection, storage, and processing of information worldwide. Deline Media reserves the right to change this policy at its discretion periodically.
Information Collection
All customer/client information collected will be used for the purpose intended as per the agreement. Customer information, including but not limited to NPI (Non-Public Information) and PII (Personally Identifiable Information), will be safeguarded using appropriate controls and security measures, shared between Deline Media and its clients.
Deline Media collects information such as name, email, shipping address, and financial details (such as credit card numbers and expiration dates) through a web-based “order form” from clients/customers ordering our products. This information is used for billing purposes and order fulfillment. In case of issues processing an order, the information is used to contact the clients/customers.
Information Use
Deline Media will use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing clients/customers with information about product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, informative emails, and research on future product ideas or improvements.
- Creating content relevant to clients/customers and improving products and services to meet their needs.
- Facilitating clients/customers in purchasing, downloading, and managing product licenses or obtaining access to services.
- Sharing software, services, or product information important to clients/customers.
