Job Description:
We are developing a world-class cloud-based healthcare product that enables our US-based customers to digitalize various use cases within their healthcare systems. As a Business Analyst, you will work as a part of the software development team and will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in project walkthroughs: business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test plans, and implementation sessions.
- Facilitate, and develop the documentation of business and technical
- Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process
- Analyze, design, and map business processes and associated data flows as
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the Product Backlog (Epic, Features, User Stories)
- Build trust through solid and long-term relationships with cross-functional Business and Technical teams
- Partner with developers to design efficient and scalable technology solutions
- Help QA develop User Acceptance test plans, write test scripts and coordinate and lead UAT testing sessions
- Develop periodic project progress
- Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in the IT Healthcare industry
- BS/MS degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science or equivalent qualification or experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) is a MUST
- Experience working in an agile/scrum-based delivery environment is considered a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyze, and document information.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into the form of Epics and User Stories.
- Outstanding experience developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications.
- Strong Process Mapping skills
- Solid Business Analysis, documentation, and process re-engineering skills
- Demonstrable analytic reasoning and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrable strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet) preferred
- Proficiency and experience with Jira Software are preferred
- Strong ability to follow prescribed development standards and to work as a team player
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Ability to operate under minimal supervision
